在亞拉姆語裡「哀悼」可以解釋為：悲傷、悲痛、痛苦、或痛惜。這些意義大多具有負面的含義，而且暗示了對「失去」的執著。然而，當專注於哀痛的價值時，還有一個更重要的含義可以被表達出來。

[H.S] 這個時候「愛會怎麼做 」
in spirit 説『這一步是我的事，下一步是衪的事』，已成為我的信仰，無關宗教、惟賴信靠，當初引我與 in spirit 連絡，困擾我的事物，已變得很遙遠，我內在的進展不太能用文字表達，但我有一個最大的感想，當你伸出手，懷著善意與他人連結，傳遞能量時，最先受惠的是自己。
你只有一個生命
“輪迴轉世的生命之輪：你只有一個生命 !
只是它非常漫長,有許許多多的章回。”
你的永生並不是囚禁於生命之輪,或是因果的循環裡。 你不是時間進化的產物; 你是在完美、以及圓滿的愛之中被創造出來的。 而且,你確實無限的持續重新展現, 但這是依據你對生命的服務與創造, 並且依據你自己的意圖, 而最重要的是:
“你自己的愛。”
“你的「永生」是一件單純的事情,因此,如果你也保持單純的心,你的理解將更加精確。 經由祂的旨意,依據你的愛與你所愛的一切,生命無限的重新創造一個屬於你的地方。”
轉世為人的法則 （Rules for Being Human）
1. You will receive a body.
You may like it or hate it, but it’s yours to keep for the entire period.
2. You will learn lessons.
You are enrolled in a full-time informal school called, “life.
" Each day in this school you will have the opportunity to learn lessons.
You may like the lessons or think them irrelevant and stupid…………………..
3. There are no mistakes, only lessons.
Growth is a process of trial, error, and experimentation.
The “failed" experiments are as much a part of the process as the experiments that ultimately “work."…….
4. Lessons are repeated until they are learned.
A lesson will be presented to you in various forms until you have learned it.
When you have learned it, you can go on to the next lesson.
5. Learning lessons does not end.
There’s no part of life that doesn’t contain its lessons.
If you’re alive, that means there are still lessons to be learned.
6. “There" is no better a place than “here.
" When your “there" has become a “here",
you will simply obtain another “there" that will again look better than “here."…….
7. Other people are merely mirrors of you.
You cannot love or hate something about another person
unless it reflects to you something you love or hate about yourself.
8. What you make of your life is up to you.
You have all the tools and resources you need.
What you do with them is up to you. The choice is yours.
9. Your answers lie within you.
The answers to life’s questions lie within you.
All you need to do is look, listen, and trust.
10. You will forget all this.
You will forget these rules (at birth), and other important insights,
and need to be reminded from time to time.
But don’t worry; the universe has all the time you need. –
